I am a retired Project Manager of a Textile factory at Saudi Arabia. I have worked at Nigeria, Ghana, Oman and Saudi Arabia. I have got my son & two son’s-in-laws at US, for which these houses are taken. The broucher was very attractive as far as the elevation and also disposition of rooms and their sizes. Location is of the best at present.
Management is cordial, flexible, and trustworthy. Site staff and Execution is Excellent. They are very concerned and ready to co-operative for any possible adjustments in construction.
There is vigour dedication and proper coordination right from site staff to the top Management, which is superb. This, is one of the best venture and trust worthy builders, I came across.
I feel strongly that I have taken good decision to go for 3 houses in this venture.

I am working in Microsoft, read about Vasudeva Realtors in paper ad. Its really awesome attractive broacher’s design and presentation. The location is good and near to Microsoft and International school. I really liked the floor plan’ just the way I dreamt of’. Design and elevation elements are really good. I think this is the best part of Vasudeva. Office Engineers and staff are very co-operative, flexible and cordial. They are building the house as their own house which I really love & care about.

I am basically civil Engineer. After servicing I migrated to Dept., of AP for about 37 years I heard about this project from my relatives. As this site is very near to developed IT companies. I am impressed about the floor plan and especially the elevation printed on the broacher. Quality of work is as per standards and am finally satisfied as an Engineer. All the Engineers, staff and others are most co-operative and responsible and give much respect to the customers. Finally the finishing and the elevation is very much attractive and good looking.
