Commendable coordination, strong vision, and He has the capability to coordinate and assemble the NRI teams, vision and has contacts with high profile people in Hyderabad too. His vast exposure and vision placed M/s. Vasudeva Realtors Pvt Ltd in establishing the western standards to cater the needs of the prospective Non resident Indians (NRI) and setting excellent standards required in Housing Segment. He is responsible for construction company starting stage, identifying luxury housing projects and developing to the needs of NRI clients. Mr. T. Nageswara Rao
About 30 year’s vast experience in manufacturing and construction related business. He is the Director of the Company and is associated with the construction industry over a decade in Hyderabad and is also in the business of manufacturing the ceiling fan shafts. He has got very wide contacts in the business circles and has got vision to promote the company to the pinnacle of glory with in short span of time.
Mrs. D.N.V.S. Sunitha
A Dental doctor by profession and is the Director of the Company. She has been in USA for more than 12 years. She is a promoter of Eastern Horizons LLC which is in retail petroleum and food products business in Plymouth, Michigan USA. She is responsible for purchasing, sales management payroll, HR of the business. She has successfully managed multiple retail gas stores of ‘SUNACO’ a major brand in USA. She has been working in construction projects of M/s. Vasudeva Realtors Pvt. Ltd for last four years in various roles. Involved in Lalithajali a 25 thousand square foot five floor building and Lalitha Bloomfield a 45 independent housing project and successfully handled purchasing and HR departments.
Mrs. Sirisha Pinnamaneni
A MBA graduate and Director of the Company and residing in USA for the past eight years. She plays a key role in making strategic plans and marketing plans for this company in the management field. Having working experience with Deloitte Consulting, USA she actively involves in overseas sales and marketing of Vasudeva Realtors units in USA and Canada. She along with other directors handled major part of sales in company previous projects. She will be actively involved in future project sales of the company.
Mr. Gangadhar Nadella
A Degree in Engineering from Nashville, Tennesse, USA and worked with General Motors (GM) a world leader in automobile manufacturing industry and later moved to GIS. President of Global Information Systems (GIS) a multi-dollar software company located Southfield, Michigan, USA. He is residing in USA for past 25 years. He has also served as president of TANA (Telugu Association of North America, (www.tana.org) a Non-Profit Organization that primarily focuses on supporting all Telugu People in countries of United States of America and Canada. He has also served as Vice President of World Telugu Federation. He is well known to all Telugu people across the world. He along with other directors is actively involved in marketing Vasudeva Realtors units in USA and Canada.
Mr. Devender Poreddy
A Civil Engineering graduate with more that 18 years of experience in Construction Industry in India and USA. He has completed projects about 20 + residential and commercial projects, development of layouts and duplex Houses in India. As a property developer he is responsible for identifying the project, planning, sales, customer support etc., He has worked extensively with Five Star Constructions Inc, New York for five years. Later returned to India and presently associated with this company as full time Chief Executive, assisting and guiding the management in timely implementation of the ventures with a vision to adopt the International Standards in this Vasudeva Project
